Saturday is my favorite day of the week. The pace is different – even on those busy Saturdays – the rush is my choosing and slowing down is my option. There is no routine only the freedom of the day. Embracing a day of nothingness is beautiful. It’s in the nothingness that I discover everything.

She is a graduate of the Franciscan School of Theology in Berkeley, CA and she earned a certificate in Spiritual Direction from the Mercy Center for Hope and Healing in Colorado.
